The incumbent main responsibilities are:

  1.  Advise and update Directors of KJB and the Group on various statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to their respective responsibilities to KJB and the Group.
  2.  Attend Board, Board Committees and Shareholders’ Meetings of KJB and the Group and record minutes of the meetings thereof.
  3.  Ensure that directives of the respective Board of Directors of the Group are carried out by maintaining effective communication between the Directors and the Management.

  7.   Organize training and seminars for the Directors of KJB, monitor mandatory training as stipulated by Bursa Malaysia, i.e. the Mandatory Accreditation Programmed (MAP) and the Continuing Education Programme (CEP).

Main Responsibilities

The incumbent main responsibilities are:

  1. Conduct feasibility study and cost estimation for company own developments;
  2. Cash flow forecast for the proposed developments;

  4. Prepare mark-up of tender and mark-up of preliminaries for submission of bid;

Cost Accountant

Objective

1) To establish accurate product costing (APC) either to adopt absorption costing or to review standard costing with proper under or over absorption is necessary. APC will be implemented if it is suitable and data collection is continuous.

2) To monitor and ensure Raw Material Control System (RMCS) is timely and accurate updated for the users. 

3) Apart from the two mentioned above, the CA also needs to monitor consumable stock and monthly usage.

 

Responsibilities:

1) To perform existing standard product costing and new product cost for BDD quotation.

2) To provide a timely and accurate closing stock valuation for monthly financial reporting.

3) To analyze monthly purchases and material usage variance

4) To monitor and coordinate with production and logistics on RMCS documentation flow and timely input into RMCS by production clerk.

5) To arrange and coordinate quarterly and yearly stock take.

6) Seeking for continuous improvement on existing standard costing and data collection for future APC.

7) To liaise with other departments on sharing information, solving the problem with production floor workers and bring up the major issue that concerning or needs for higher-level decision making.

Principal Accountabilities

  1. Reporting to Head of Finance and leading a team of executive and non-executive staff in handling all finance related matters in compliance with approved accounting standards MFRS, Companies Act 2016 and BURSA Listing Requirements.
  2. Fully responsible for all accounting operations of the group and subsidiaries, (i.e. establish a set and detailed policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance and transparency of information).
  3. To provide financial analysis, information and expertise in relations to accounts and finance practices and fulfilling all legal and statutory requirements when carry out such activities.

Work Location: Kumpulan Jebco (M) Sdn Bhd

Main Responsibilities:

1.      Repair broken molds, jigs & fixtures

2.      To schedule & carry out tooling servicing & maintenance plan

3.      Attend breakdowns, identify fault and solve problem related to tooling to minimize downtime to aid production

4.      Evaluate each tool and determine if it can be repaired internally or must be done externally for essential maintenance and repair work

5.      Estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales

6.      Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage

7.      Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management

8.      Ensure all work is undertaken to a high quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations

10.  Identify spares requirements and log usage
