This ISO 9001:2000 certified company is responsible to undertake construction activities that integrate and complement state of art design trends in its general and civil construction activities as well as specialized design and build contractor for exhibition, trade and events promotion.
The company is also registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (Contractor Service Centre) as Class "A" contractor and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) that permits the company to bid for and undertake a number of major construction projects that are awarded by the government.
Jetson Development Sdn Bhd
Principally involved in property development, Jetson Development Sdn Bhd's main area of focus is to identify and undertake suitable development projects where the Group can diversify into constructing and designing interiors for its own projects. The natural progression into property development is part of our plan to expand into related sectors of business that allow us to further tap into our resources and expertise; and reduce our dependency on external projects. The company's maiden project is the development of semi-detached, bungalows and terrace houses in Kamunting, Perak. Its business portfolio extends to property and asset management of properties owned by the Group.
Jetson Builders Limited
Jetson Builders Limited was incorporated in British Virgin Islands (BVI) on 9 June 2006 as a BVI business company under the BVI Business Companies Act 2004. The principal activities comprise of design and build, construction and investment holding mainly for overseas projects.
Jetson Marketing Sdn Bhd
Posses a reliable and efficient network of reputable supplies and contacts, Jetson Marketing Sdn Bhd is involved in the trading of construction and building materials. The subsidiary serves as an in-house trading division for the overall construction division. Over the years, it has spurred the Group's success in construction by sourcing efficient solutions to help interpret creative thinking into cost-efficient and practical construction works.
PJS Development Sdn Bhd
In PJS Development Sdn Bhd, our expertise is focused in the service business of developing, maintaining and operating quality hostel accommodations for institutions of higher learning on a "Build, Operate and Transfer" basis. Currently, it manages some 7,000-students-hostel accommodation within the campus of University Putra Malaysia in Serdang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for a concession period of 25 years.
Citarasa Haruman Sdn Bhd
Another unit in property of the Group. The company's maiden project is the development of 78 acres land in Bukit Cherakah, Mukim Ijok, District of Kuala Selangor, meant for residential that comprises of medium cost double storey houses.
