In line with our expansion into the ventures, we seek suitably qualified, high caliber, motivated and resourceful individual to fill the following position:

 

Managers, Contracts

 

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible to manage, monitor and supervise the overall contract administration of the project;

·         Responsible to assess and evaluate the contractual rights, obligations and risks contained in the main contract of the projects on a timely basis.

 

Requirements:

·         Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in quantity surveying; 

·         Minimum 6 years relevant working experience with a proven track record in Main Contract and sub-contract preparation, submissions, pricing negotiation, dispute management, cost management for pre-contract and post-contract administration in Construction such as high rise commercial buildings and convention centre;

·         Work experience in Contract Management is a pre-requisite. Well versed in Standard Codes & Specifications and Contracts Interpretation would be a distinct advantage;

·         Highly proficient in Technical Writing, correspondences, Letters & Reports;

 

Contracts Executive

Responsibilities:

•        Responsible to manage, monitor and supervise the overall contract administration of the project.

•      Responsible to assess and evaluate the contractual rights, obligations and risks contained in the main contract of the projects on a timely basis.

•      Coordinate Quantity Survey works at site.

•      Taking off Quantities Measurement.

•     Prepare tender cost submission, pricing, quantity take off

      and cost evaluation.

•      Pre and post contract administration.

 

Requirements:

•    Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or higher

     qualification in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

•      At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

 

Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and update work schedule including resource requirements, highlighting measures to be taken in order to meet the set schedule and project reporting using Primavera/Microsoft Project.

·         Prepare and update the project cost schedule against the project budget and highlighting measures to be taken.

 

Requirements:

·         Must possess a Degree/Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or Building or Architecture;

·      Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years as a project planner/scheduler and relevant working experience in design & build projects.

 

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

•      Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating technical and management aspects of projects.

•      Assisting in planning and execution of project plans at site or head office.

•     Regularly liaise with all parties involved in the project

      including local authorities, consultants, clients, sub-

      contractors and suppliers.

•      Attending site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.

•      Check, review and coordinate drawings of all disciplines.

•      Preparing and monitoring work schedules, project costing, procurement, QA/QC, safety and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.

 

Requirements:

•    Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university / institution of higher learning or equivalent qualification.  Diploma holder will be considered for  Assistant Engineer.

•      At least 3 years experience in related field.

•      Computer literate and exposure to AUTOCAD, Microsoft Projects.

 

 

Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

 

       ·      To advise the Project Manager on measures to be taken in the     

           interest of safety & health to create a conducive safe work place;

       ·      To inspect regularly the work place to determine the compliance of

           plants, machinery, equipments etc, or process that liable to cause

           bodily injury;

       ·      To investigate any accident, near miss accident, dangerous     

           occurrence, occupational poisoning/disease occurred at work place;

       ·      To collect, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident,

           dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning/disease occurred at

           work place;

       ·      To lead Safety & Health Committee on the work place inspection;

       ·      To develop and conduct work place safety & health educational

           programs on regular basis;

       ·      To conduct safety & health training to employees and workers;

       ·      To liaise closely with JKKP on the safety & health programs 

           conducted at site;

       ·      To prepare and forward monthly reports to JKKP;

       ·      To perform any other duties required, or as instructed by the Project

           Manager.

 

Requirements:

       ·      Candidate must be Competent Safety Officer endorsed by NIOSH or

           register with DOSH/JKKP;

       ·      Mininum 3 years relevant working experience;

       ·      High-rise construction experience will be added advantage;

       ·      Team player; but must be able to demonstrate commanding

           character when situation required.

       ·      Good oral and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia &

           English;

      ·       Highly disciplined & committed attributes, high integrity & hard

           working;
