Architecture Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage, and coordinate all relevant architectural works for the project.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
- To prepare work programme, monthly progress report, and oversee the compilation of the daily report.
- To monitor and control all works are carried out as per Contract Specification and within the time frameset.
- To assist the Manager in implementing the architectural work as planned.
- To minimize the wastage of construction materials & rework and to control construction cost.
- To monitor work progress on a daily basis to achieve completion of the project on time.
- To identify and determine the construction sequence and coordinate all traders as necessary.
- Lead, coordinate and supervise the Subcontractors and general workers to perform daily progress and quality of works.
- To review the construction drawings, architectural, check as to the built-ability and highlight any discrepancies to the Client's Representative/Consultants.
- To implement Health & Safety Policies in the project and ensure the Health & Safety plan and procedures are adhered to.
- To monitor and access the performance of sub-contractors & suppliers.
- To liaise with the Client's Rep[resentative and Consultants on design issues as necessary.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
- Excellent in architecture quality checking and documentation.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Architecture/ Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in the related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- An added advantage for candidate experiences in high-rise building construction & fast track project.

Assistant Manager-Contracts
Objective
To coordinate the function of contract administration relating to existing and new projects undertaken by the Company.
Main Responsibilities
The incumbent main responsibilities are:
- Preparation of project budget upon award of new contract and kick start of new developments;
- Assist Head of Contracts to liaise with Project Manager, sub-contractors, and consultants for performing and administrating of main contracts and sub-contracts;
- Coordinate contracts documents (identifies discrepancies, additional works and submit timely notices;
- Administer main contract by evaluating and checking interim valuations, valuation of final variations, preparation of extension of time and loss and expenses claims, preparation of claim and negotiation of Final Account;
- Administer sub-contract by selecting and recommending sub-contractors and awards of sub-contracts, evaluating sub-contract’s interim claims and final account;
- Preparation of cost monitoring report. Advise the Project Manager in cost control and cost improvement in a timely manner.
Job Specifications
Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university/institution of higher learning or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- 5 years relevant working experience with a proven track record in the Main Contract and sub-contract preparation, submissions, pricing negotiation, dispute management, cost management for pre-contract and post-contract administration in Construction such as high rise commercial buildings and convention centre.
- Work experience in Contracts Management is a pre-requisite. Well versed in Standard Codes & Specifications and Contracts Interpretation.

Work Location: Kumpulan Jebco (M) Sdn Bhd
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible as High Tension (HT) Chargeman (BO – 11KV or 33KV).
- Able to handle day to day operations of the factory facilities, electrical installation, air compressors and mechatronics, monitoring on high voltage facility equipment’s performance. This will also include overseeing production equipment, maintenance, and contractor work arrangement.
- Able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical fault circuit/system and provide recommendations to minimize re-occurrence or long-term solution.
- Able to operate 11kv switching/maintain switchgear/transformer/LV/HT room/ genset room equipment and main switchboard and AU BB in factory.
- Able to conduct and recommend preventive maintenance activities.
- Able to assist in upgrading the skilled and semi-skilled worker’s technical knowledge.
- Able to develop and implement safety plans & training to create a safe working environment and instill good safety awareness among all employees.
- Able to be an Internal Quality Auditor, as well as be an auditee when the audit was performed by others at your department.
- Able to perform other duties assigned by superior.
- Required to prepare monthly report or KPI report.
Job Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- At least BO Chargeman Certificate or higher qualification.
- In-depth knowledge in 33kV Electrical Sub-Station Operations & Maintenance
- In-depth knowledge in Suruhanjaya Tinggi of Malaysia Electrical Board’s standard and compliance requirements
- Understanding of Process Control Instrumentation Hardware and software
- Knowledge in Preventive maintenance planning and execution of HT/MV/LV
- Able to systematically troubleshoot with good skills in planning
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- An added advantage for candidates with manufacturing backgrounds.

To know, understand and familiar with daily operational issues, liaise with project team pertaining to cost and financial related issues, and ensure continuous improvement on timely and accurate reporting as well as internal control system.
Main Responsibilities:
- To produce timely and accurate financial reports in the required time frame.
- To ensure an accurate and timely flow of financial information between the corporate holding company and the division holding company which provides for the specific accounting needs of both.
- Handle sales admin control, account receivable, account payable control for construction and development companies.
- To improve current financial reporting to be more informative other than financial information.
- To increase the value of accounts and finance activities by managing and optimizing resources more effectively.
- To liaise with regulation bodies, bankers, and related suppliers to fulfill the requirements.
- To prepare corporate accounting for report submission, company budget, consolidated group accounts in compliance with regulations, and managing cash flow.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.

- Responsible for managing, monitoring, and supervising the overall contract administration of the project.
- Responsible for assessing and evaluating the contractual rights, obligations, and risks contained in the main contract of the projects on a timely basis.
- Organize and guide QS towards (pre-contract) competitive tenders on consultation with project management, construction, purchasing, and accounts department.
- Organize and guide QS towards (pre-contract), selection of contractors, awards and control of budgeted cost.
- Review tenderers and award contracts (within authority limit) on consultation with project management, construction, and accounts department.
- Ensure all project claims are valued jointly with clients/consultants and submitted on time by project Q.S.
- Ensure that all project costing/expenditure and budget are updated.
