We also recently received the LRQA Business Certificate of approval for Occupational Health & Safety Management System (); of which risk management is a critical part of the successful operation of our business and ensures our position as a world-class service provider.

Our teams are dedicated to work closely with architects and other partners throughout the design and construction phase so that we can deliver timely projects with aesthetic and functional qualities that exceed clients' expectations.

In order to facilitate Jetson Group's expansion plans, we formed a joint venture with Lucksoon Metal Works Sdn Bhd to explore opportunities as a contractor and designer in the area of aluminum cladding, glazing works, curtain walling and related aluminum works in Malaysia.

In addition to this, we also develop, maintain and operate quality hostel accommodations for institutions of higher learning through PJS Development Sdn Bhd. Currently, we are managing a 7,000 student hostel accommodation within the campus of University Putra Malaysia in Serdang, Selangor Darul Ehsan with a concession period of 25 years on a "Build, Operate and Transfer" basis.

Jaya Shopping Mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

An iconic 40-year old shopping mall in Section 14, Petaling Jaya, which Jetson Lucksoon Sdn Bhd involves in Internal Glazing and Facade Works.

The 270,000 sq ft new landmark is double the space of the old mall which stood at 130,000 sq ft previously. The new Jaya will have seven levels of retail space and four levels of basement parking to accommodate 780 cars, as compared with the previous one-storey lower ground and rooftop parking.

Dataran Larkin, Johor Bahru, Johor Bahru, Johor

Jetson Construction Sdn Bhd involved in construction of buildings works, Mechanical & Electrical services and infrastructure works for Dataran Larkin, which consists of 79 units of 2 and 3 storey shop office with a total gross floor area of approximately 35,597m².

Ritz Corporate Suites Office Tower, Kuala Lumpur

Ritz Corporate Suites Office Tower (Phase 1) is a 46-storey green office tower on a 2.7 acre site located strategically at the corner of Jalan Ampang and Jalan Sultan Ismail, is next to the serviced apartment Ritz-Carlton Residences (Phase 2) with a retail podium connecting the two. Jetson Lucksoon Sdn Bhd is involved in the internal glazing and facade works of the podium and the two tower blocks.

Wisma MBSA, Shah Alam, Selangor

Wisma MBSA is a 122m high rise building located at Persiaran Perbandaran, Shah Alam. Jetson Construction Sdn Bhd is involved in the facade cladding works for tower block, auditorium and podium.

Nokor Tep Hospital, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

A women's hospital situated in Dangkor District builds up 5 floors consisting of 1 floor of basement parking and 4 floors of offices, consultation rooms, operation theatres and patient rooms with a total gross floor area of approximately 22,760m2.

Sekolah Rendah Swata Kolej Tuanku Jaafar, Mantin, Negeri Sembilan

A private primary school for College Tuanku Ja’afar which consists of 14 numbers of classrooms, activity space, canteen, electrical substation building, garbage substation, and 2 guardhouses located at Seremban with a total gross floor area of approximately 2,768.21m2.
